Chapel and Special Events
All GCS students attend chapels that incorporate age-appropriate worship and a challenging message or lesson. Upper school students (6th-12th) have chapel every Wednesday. Elementary students have chapel twice a month. We also hold special activities for See You at the Pole and the National Day of Prayer.
The emphasis of all these activities is to foster a sense of community within the student body and for them to experience a sense of corporate worship with their peers. As our students grow spiritually, we seek to incorporate them to be part of and lead different elements of their chapel service.
